Jon Klein has recently been invited to be an Advisor to CustomerThink (http://customerthink.com/advisors), the global online community of business leaders striving to create profitable customer-centric enterprises. As an Advisor, Jon will contribute thought leadership articles on Customer Experience and how businesses can be successful with different aspects of customer-centric business. Jon’s first column is scheduled to be published in March and will focus on B2B Customer Experience.
Max Richter joined Topline as an Associate Consultant last August after graduating from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. During breaks from Harvard, Max worked as an analyst for the UK Ministry of Defence: Doctrine, Concepts, and Development Centre, and as a project management intern at the Global Challenges Foundation in Stockholm, Sweden.
Cydonia Hubicki joined Topline as an Associate Consultant in January after graduating from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree. While at Dartmouth she worked as a marketing research assistant at the Tuck School of Business and as a project assistant in the Psychological and Brain Sciences Department. Cydonia also had a one year internship at a non-profit startup, Reaching Higher NH.
